You stated to only text you upon your request. You requested to see 2 homes and that your husband will be there but you will not be. That is very unsafe for any realtor to just show up to any home without more information. At the time of your text message request, I was with my clients showing properties. As you stated this market is HOT and I give all my clients undivided attention. Once I responded to your text which was SAME day. You told me never mind because you chose someone else. My apologize again but unfortunately all business is not good business. Yes ma'am I'm very good Realtor and I put all of my clients first. I have a proven track record and I do apologize if I didn't meet your expectations. I hope you find what you are looking for.
